The Composition of Our Network

Nurses and Midwives are the largest part of our team, making up nearly 50% of our total staff. They are the 24/7 face of CHAG's compassion and professional excellence. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:265, reflecting our commitment to attentive care.

Our medical, pharmaceutical, and technical teams provide the specialized, high-level care that saves lives. This includes 1,089 doctors working across our network, from house officers to highly trained specialists, as well as a robust team of allied health professionals.

We are committed to our staff's growth and well-being. We provide payroll management training, host strategic HR forums to improve practices, and are actively developing rural incentive packages with the MOH and WHO to retain staff in remote areas.
