A successful program enhancing healthcare delivery, achieving a 91% improvement in overall quality of care across 330 facilities. This initiative sets a national benchmark for quality, moving 70% of facilities to higher levels.
HIV/TB Community Systems Strengthening
Enhancing linkage and retention in care for those with HIV and TB. This program uses peer mentors and community cadres to provide psychosocial support , address human rights violations , and ensure critical treatment adherence.
Clubfoot Program Partnering with Hope Walks
CHAG provides free treatment and counseling for children with clubfoot deformity. The program saw remarkable 224% growth in 2023 enrollment and conducted over 2,000 counseling sessions and follow-up calls.

Med4All Digital Supply Chain
A digital supply chain program expanded to 60 facilities to ensure medicine availability. It uses technology to reduce stockouts, achieving over 80% availability of essential tracer medicines. This provides reliable, data-driven decisions.
Saving Lives and Livelihood Project
A rapid-response COVID-19 project with MasterCard/Africa CDC. In just three months, CHAG set up 364 vaccination centers and trained 312 staff. This initiative successfully administered 43,374 vaccine doses, saving lives and livelihoods
Non-Communicable Diseases
Focused on a primary healthcare approach for Non-Communicable Diseases. CHAG uses community screenings , tele-counseling, and public education to manage diabetes and hypertension, improving treatment adherence and early diagnosis in remote areas.
